The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has declared the result the result of Patwari exams 2016. The written examination was conducted on February 13.
The RSMSSB exam is held to fill up 4,400 posts.

एक बार फिर से राजस्थान सरकार को झटका लगा है अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पटवारी परीक्षा 2015 पर रोक लगाने के आदेश जारी किए हैं। राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ छात्रों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील दाखिल की थी। इस अपील पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दस जुलाई को प्रस्तावित परीक्षा पर रोक लगाने के आदेश जारी किए।
राजस्थान सरकार ने करीब 4400 पदों के लिए पटवारी भर्ती की परीक्षा आयोजित की थी। परीक्षा के परिणाम में ओबीसी की मेरिट सामान्य वर्ग से ऊंची गई थी। इस परिणाम को छात्रों ने राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। हाईकोर्ट में छात्रों का कहना था कि प्राथमिक परीक्षा चयन के लिए नहीं है बल्कि छंटनी के लिए है और इसमें पदों की तुलना में१५ गुणा छात्रों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए लिया गया है एेसे में इसमें आरक्षण के नियमों की पालना करना जरुरी नहीं है। जबकि छात्रों ने प्राथमिक स्तर से ही आरक्षण दिए जाने की मांग रखी थी।
राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों को सुनने के बाद यह माना था कि प्री परीक्षा में पदों की तुलना में ज्यादा अभ्यर्थियों को मौका दिया गया है एेसे में इस स्तर पर आरक्षण नियमों की पालना करना जरुरी नहीं है। राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने इस आधार पर 13 मई 2016 को करीब सवा सौ याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी थी। जिसके खिलाफ छात्रों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने छात्रों की याचिकाएं मंजूर करते हुए मुख्य परीक्षा पर रोक लगाते हुए नोटिस जारी किया है।
दूसरी बार रूकी परीक्षा आरपीएससी की ओर आयोजित परीक्षा में करीब छह लाखों छात्रों ने आवेदन किया था। इसमें से करीब 70 हजार छात्रों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए योग्य ठहरया था। इसकी परीक्षा मई माह में आयोजित होनी थी लेकिन हाईकोर्ट की रोक के बाद परीक्षा को टाल दिया था। अदालत की रोक के बाद नए सिरे से दस जुलाई की तारीख तय की थी अब एक बार फिर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने परीक्षा पर रोक लगाने के आदेश दिए हैं।
